We are looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for our general dentistry office in Hamden.
We are looking for a mature person who is able to perform at the highest level of customer service and understand that details and good manners always matter.
Candidate must also live no more than 20 minutes from Hamden.
Must also have watched at least 2 soap operas from the 1980s! Must be prompt, kind, responsible, able to multi-task and work cooperatively in a team.
Dental experience is NOT required, but you must have at least 15 years of customer service experience, including working in a school system, office or corporate environment.
Duties include:
supporting the doctor and office manager, answering phones, opening and closing office, scheduling, billing, collecting patient co-pays and cash handling, and insurance claim submission.
