Responsible for shipping, receiving, stocking, issuing, and inventorying parts, supplies, etc.
in storeroom:
Orders needed inventory, parts, supplies, etc with purchase orders.
Conducts regular physical inventory of stocked items.
Keeps accurate records of when parts, inventory items were ordered and when they will be received.
Maintains the parts department in a clean and organized manner; Ensures that incoming inventory is in the correct location and QTY received and ordered match.
Manage all warranty part return from customer and processes all receipts and invoices received from suppliers.
Pulls and stacks jobs as per sales orders parts and descriptions.
Manages all parcel shipments daily (incoming and outgoing).
Follow up on backordered items.
Parts and supply room associate is mechanically inclined; needs to be comfortable working independently, have excellent communication skills, reliable, and trustworthy.
Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills:
Updates service dept.
manager and/or salespersons when job items received.
Physically able to meet requirements of the job:
o Moderate to heavy lifting.
o Bending down frequently, twisting, and climbing Qualifications and Education Requirements:
High school Diploma Forklift Basic computer skills QuickBooks Enterprise inventory a must Two-way radio and communications parts knowledge a plus Security camera and access control parts knowledge a plus Additional Notes:
Pre- employment drug test required.
