Job Description:
Learn to do residential and commercial home and building inspections, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Radon, Termite, Well , Lead, Asbestos and Septic inspections and many other types; Train by assist professional inspectors and online; REQUIRED TO QUALIFY FOR THIS JOB:
Experience using battery, power and hand tools used by property maintenance professionals; Aptitude to make home repairs, use extension ladders, walk on roofs, paint, clean, etc; Ability to handle constructive critism; Willingness to do do construction labor including building repairs, cleaning, painting, etc; Own a Cell-phone; Drivers license; Reliable transportation you can use to travel from one site to another; Willingness to participate in online training; INTERVIEW and TRYOUT:
