This role is pivotal in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our audience through compelling video content.
We are looking for an energetic, outgoing individual who thrives in a fun, dynamic environment and has a knack for storytelling through both visual media and social interaction.
Key
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Create, film, and edit engaging video content that reflects the company's mission and vision, tailored for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and our website.
- Collaborate with the media team to brainstorm and realize creative concepts for social media campaigns.
- Manage social media platforms, including content scheduling, posting, and audience interaction.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance and video engagement metrics.
- Ensure brand consistency in messaging, aesthetics, and content across all digital platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in social media management and video production.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a charismatic and outgoing personality.
- Creative and innovative thinker, with excellent storytelling abilities.
- Proficient in video editing software and social media platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
Compensation &
Benefits:
- Competitive salary ($25.
