Advanced Periodontics Advanced Periodontics Hamden, CT Hamden, CT Full-time Full-time $28 - $35 an hour $28 - $35 an hour 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago Responsibilities - Supervise and manage office staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Oversee human resources functions such as payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations - Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements - Handle incoming calls and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Ensure efficient operation of office equipment and systems, including phone systems and computer networks - Collaborate with vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of goods and services - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies Qualifications - Proven experience in office management or a similar role - Knowledge of medical office management practices is a plus - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping - Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously - Familiarity with vendor management processes - Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills Note:
