As client coordinator you will be responsible for placing caregivers with families, meeting compliance requirements related to hiring caregivers, exceeding state compliance expectations involving clients, and working on other state compliance requirements related to home care.
In addition you will be inputting care notes, establishing care plans, being primary contact between clients, families, and caregivers.

We are a local home care agency serving Connecticut and delivering in-home assistance to elderly and disabled adults.
