The Administrative Professional provides clerical support to the attorney and paralegals, organizes files, scans documents, prepares mail and performs other duties as needed.
The ideal candidate will be reliable, familiar with office equipment and procedures and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Copy and scan documents.
Prepare outgoing mail (addressing envelopes, assembling document packages).
Utilize office equipment such as photocopier, printer, scanner and computer.
Maintain files and records so they are updated and easily accessible.
Assemble documents in accordance with established procedures.
Assist with client communications and client relations.
Perform other office duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication Familiarity with common office procedures, including filing and handling mail.
Very good organizational skills.
Attention to detail to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.
Integrity and discretion when working with confidential documents and client matters.
Professional demeanor.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
