Responsibilities:
Manage mechanical executive teams project work flows as follows:
o change orders (CO's, PCO's) o request for information (RFI's) o assist in buying out process for vendors & sub-contractors o outlook email & calendar tracking and managing Keep Autodesk (project management software) up to date for field delivery team Work with estimating team to ensure the project delivery team has the most up-to-date information Provide administrative assistance to management team Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication Perform other office tasks - keeping a clean workspace Maintain a 40hr work week
Qualifications:
Previous mechanical contracting experience a must Understand Plumbing & HVAC terminology Experience in administrative services or other related fields Ability to prioritize and multi-task Strong organizational skills Strong phone skills Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to operate Autodesk & SAGE 100 software Strong leadership qualities Not afraid to take charge of any type of situation under pressure Job Type:

$49,938.
