Responsibilities:
- Provide armed security services to protect personnel, property, and assets - Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area to deter and detect any suspicious activity - Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to ensure a safe and secure environment - Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies, following established protocols - Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations - Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as necessary - Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property - Handle conflicts or disturbances in a professional and calm manner - Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering the premises
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid armed security officer certificate/license - Previous experience in law enforcement or military is highly desirable - Strong knowledge of security procedures and protocols - Ability to operate CCTV systems and other security equipment effectively - Proficient in conflict management and de-escalation techniques - CPR and First Aid certification is preferred - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Note:
