We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Member Services Representative to join our team.
As a Member Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome members as they enter the facility - Assist members with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a friendly and professional manner - Provide information about membership options, services, and programs - Process membership applications, renewals, and cancellations - Maintain accurate member records and update information as needed - Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless member experience - Perform other administrative tasks as assigned Requirements:
- 21
