We are looking for a self-motivated and driven Administrative Assistant to interface with all business units and facilitate effective communication across the organization.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting business operations through administrative tasks, as well as providing courteous and professional direct interaction with prospective and current tenants and property owners.

Job Duties:
Administer and support all day-to-day aspects of office - data entry, filing, advertisements, etc.
Interface with property owners and tenants
Perform research on the internet as directed
Data Entry
Provide administrative support for the Property Manager
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
Two years' experience in administrative support
Proficient with email and Microsoft Office applications
Highly detail oriented and organized in work
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Experience with internet research
Real Estate experience a plus
Health Insurance is not offered
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
